President of National Border Patrol Council Calls on AG Eric Holder to Resign Immediately

The president of the National Border Patrol Council President George McCubbin III has asked the Attorney General of the United States Eric Holder to resign, let me say that I agree with Mr. McCubbin - it's time for Holder to go.

Only in America

Only in American would the Department of Justice demand that a state stop purging illegal Aliens from it's voter roles. This is unbelievable – if you in the country illegally – you have no right to vote in the elections. This is unacceptable – this is what tyranny looks like and we have an out of control tyrannical government.

Miami Herald --- The Justice Department ordered Florida’s elections division to halt a systematic effort to find and purge the state’s voter rolls of noncitizen voters.

Florida’s effort appears to violate both the 1965 Voting Rights Act, which protects minorities, and the 1993 National Voter Registration Act – which governs voter purges – T. Christian Herren Jr., the Justice Department’s lead civil rights lawyer, wrote in a detailed two-page letter sent late Thursday night.

State officials said they were reviewing the letter. But they indicated they might fight DOJ over its interpretation of federal law and expressed frustration that President Barack Obama’s administration has stonewalled the state’s noncitizen voter hunt for nine months.

“We are firmly committed to doing the right thing and preventing ineligible voters from being able to cast a ballot,” said Chris Cate, spokesman for Secretary of State Ken Detzner, who was ordered by Gov. Rick Scott to conduct the search for potentially ineligible voters.

DOJ’s written demand came hours after the agency refused to comment on the matter to The Miami Herald. It also followed a federal court ruling Thursday that struck down a Republican voter-registration law that a judge found too onerous.

Remembering Brian Terry...

When ever I read or hear about Agent Brian Terry's death, it makes my blood boil, while the dedication of the Bisby Border Patrol Stations is a nice start, I want to see some prosecutions, starting with Attorney General Eric Holder. Holder is an incompetent political hack that needs to go. As Americans we should all be upset.

Daily Caller --- Late Wednesday night, on the eve of the one year anniversary of Border Patrol agent Brian Terry’s murder with weapons sold during Operation Fast and Furious, the House of Representatives passed the Brian A. Terry Memorial Act of 2011 by unanimous consent.

“The overwhelming support with which the Brian A. Terry Memorial Act passed the House of Representatives is a tribute to Agent Terry’s life of service and to the Border Patrol’s distinguished history of protecting America’s homeland,” House oversight committee chairman Rep. Darrell Issa, the bill’s main sponsor, said in a statement on Thursday. (RELATED: Full coverage of Fast and Furious)

The bill is waiting for action in the Senate. Assuming it’s passed, it will rename the U.S. Border Patrol station in Bisbee, Arizona to honor Terry’s memory.

A year ago Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry gave his life protecting our nation, his death is a travesty and we lost one of the best, he was a Marine and a Bortac Border Patrol Agent, which is the Border Patrol's equivalent to the special ops and is their tactical operations unit.

“If you seek to do battle with me this day, you will receive the best that I am capable of giving.

“It may not be enough, but it will be everything that I have to give and it will be impressive for I have constantly prepared myself for this day.

“I have trained, drilled and rehearsed my actions so that I might have the best chance of defeating you.

“I have kept myself in peak physical condition, schooled myself in the martial skills and have become proficient in the applications of combat tactics.

“You may defeat me, but I’m willing to die if necessary. I do not fear death for I have been close enough to it on enough occasions that it no longer concerns me.

“But, I do fear the loss of my honor and would rather die fighting than to have it said that I was without courage.

“So I will fight you, no matter how insurmountable it may seem, to the death if need be, in order that it may never be said of me that I was not a warrior.”

Obama Admin Seals Records of Murdered Border Patrol Agent Implicated in Fast and Furious

This is unacceptable and heads should roll on this debacale. I don't care less if empty suit and serial liar Attorney General Eric Holder is upset or not, he can also blame whatever webpage and news station he wants but his ineptness is showing through, it's time for this P.O.S. to go. Two federal agents have lost their lives over this mess and someone needs to be prosecuted.

Judicial Watch --- The Obama Administration has abruptly sealed court records containing alarming details of how Mexican drug smugglers murdered a U.S. Border patrol agent with a gun connected to a failed federal experiment that allowed firearms to be smuggled into Mexico.

This means information will now be kept from the public as well as the media. Could this be a cover-up on the part of the “most transparent” administration in history? After all, the rifle used to kill the federal agent (Brian Terry) last December in Arizona’s Peck Canyon was part of the now infamous Operation Fast and Furious. Conducted by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), the disastrous scheme allowed guns to be smuggled into Mexico so they could eventually be traced to drug cartels.
