It's condescending stupid and moronic comments like this from Andrea Mitchell that is causing MSNBC to fail in the rankings. How does this moron even have a job? She is a sock puppet. The reason people don't want NOBAMA care is that it sucks, and is no good and it's going to end up rationing care to people. It's not that difficult to figure out. We don't need the sock puppets from the liberal media to tell us what is good for ourselves.

Goon's Vacation.

Thursday after golfing with my brother-in-law and shooting a decent round, I made my way to Cass Lake and met up with my wife Jennifer and then started my summer vacation. Stayed the night in Cass Lake and witnessed an awesome lighting show.

Then on Friday did a little mountain biking and swimming in Big Wolf Lake. Then in the afternoon we went to Bemidji and checked into a hotel and started the family vacation we had a chance to unwind and do some mountain biking and site seeing. Friday evening we ate at the legendary Dave's Pizza in Bemidji. Saturday night we biked the eastern shore of Lake Bemidji on Saturday at Dusk,that was an awesome site.

On Sunday we went to Superior, Wisconsin where we biked on the Osaugie Trail and actually saw two deer right in town. Monday we took our daughter to the doctor for an appointment and then we drove a few miles along the North Shore of Lake Superior, we would have went further but when we got to Silver Bay there was an threatening cloud bearing down on us so we turned around and went back to Duluth.

In the evening we also biked along the Duluth Lake Walk, it would be an understatement to say there were a lot of people out last night. We had never been to Duluth in the summer and the city attracts a lot of people.

Lets not forget our men and women serving in harms way in Iraq and Afghanistan. We have to do everything in our power to get this young man back. Just for the record it is a violation of the Geneva convention to film captured enemy soldiers.

A friend sent me this in an email and it is just too funny to not share with people.

First-year students at Texas A&M's Vet school were receiving their first
anatomy class, with a real dead cow.

They all gathered around the surgery table with the body covered with a
white sheet.
The professor started the class by telling them, "In Veterinary
Medicine it is necessary to have two important qualities as a doctor:
The first is that you not be disgusted by anything involving the animal
body". For an example, the Professor pulled back the sheet, stuck his
finger in the butt of the dead cow, withdrew it and stuck it in his
mouth. "Go ahead and do the same thing," he told his students.

The students freaked out, hesitated for several minutes. But eventually
took turns sticking a finger in the butt of the dead cow and sucking on
it.

When everyone finished, the Professor looked at them and said, "The
second most important quality is observation. I stuck in my middle
finger and sucked on my index finger. Now learn to pay attention. Life's
tough, it's even tougher if you're stupid."

Here are some of the pictures from the Late Model special at that River Cities Speedway that took place on 7-10-2009. The race action was second to none and the track was lightning fast. The track record was broke at least 5 times last night.

The race’s most significant crash occurred on a lap-14 restart when a mid-pack scramble caused River Cities regular Brad Seng of Grand Forks, N.D., who had won the track’s last two features, to roll over off turn four. I know this story isn't related to this blog at all, however, being a product of the 1980's I can confess that I may have listened to a song or two of Michael Jackson's during 1980's and maybe during the 1990's. Before you say nah! Think about it, back in high school during the 1980's everyone did.

Seriously, I can't remember a high school dance where "Beat it" or thriller wasn't played. I also I have to admit that I was touched by this memorial service today Mariah Carey's tribute to Michael Jackson was simply amazing.

So I would like to dedicate to the "King of Pop" Michael Jackson it's the early days I will remember you by.
