If you don't like how the land is being managed just buy the land, even if it is in another country. Interesting concept. I should do that out west with some of my favorite duck hunting land.

Thank you for the link! If you have any means whatsoever buy land as a primary investment. It is only going to get more expensive and over time only harder to find.
