Where do we find these moon bats?

I found this over on America's Right. My God, I couldn't believe my eyes when I watched this video, it was like these moon bats were from another planet. Kind of makes you want to grab a chain saw and start cutting. Where do they find these morons? You have to wonder if they even work?
